One of the many services out there is SnapTweet, which lets you share your Flickr photos on Twitter.
SnapTweet is well, a snap to use. All you do is enter your Twitter username and password, and the URL of the Flickr account. Then, you can post the photo on Twitter by sending a direct message to SnapTweet.
SnapTweet was created by KisMet Ventures, which also developed Does Follow, a service that lets you whether someone is following another person.
