It has been wrong (one of my followers consistently pops up in the not following me list... you can double check by opening that person's profile and seeing if you have the ability to message them, which means they are following you. What is also fun about this is I can look at some of the more famous tweeps and run their profile too... Who is @ev or @hodgman following that is not following them back? That said, you can't double-check the accuracy of those results.
