Putting aside the issue of what people Twitter about (e.g. going to have a coffee, here’s an interesting Web site, check out this news story, etc.), another interesting angle is how people use Twitter.
According to HubSpot, nearly half of Twitter users are using the Web – presumably Twitter.com, while 21.8% are using desktop application, 17.9% are using mobile services.
Among the top Twitter applications (other than Twitter.com), 9.3% are using Twitterfeed , while 7.3% are using TweetDeck.
