There’s plenty of great applications available, which makes it a snap and a joy to be mobile with Twitter. The leading contenders include Twitterfon, Tweetie and Twinkle.
Lost in the shuffle was Twitterrific, which not that long ago was the iPhone application for Twitter. After disappearing, Twitterrific has come back to life with an update that includes a number of terrific features, including the ability to use multiple accounts, trends, search and the ability to see nearby Twitter users.
Having used Twitterrific before happily climbing aboard the Twitterfone bandwagon, I’m pretty confident in saying that Twitterrific is back in the game.
