The Tone of the Talk on Twitter

Within the social media analytics world, sentiment (aka the tone of the conversation) is an increasingly important metric to determine whether people are talking about your company, product or brand in a positive negative or neutral way.

tweetfeel jumped into the sentiment spotlight with a post on TechCrunch about how tweetfeel “evaluates real-time tweets about whatever search term the user has entered for positive and negative feelings”.

It’s an interesting service that gets marks for generating fast results but tweetfeel is not new or feature-rich. Then again, it’s a free service.
