		<description>I think celebrities that can&#039;t handle a lot of scandal eventually give up on twitter. PR teams would have to control the flow of such tweets if they thought their clients was too volatile for twitter. That&#039;s why the publicist should handle the twitter movements of a celebrity. My only exception is maybe creating a course for nouveau celebrities to take title &#039;Handling the real world, 140 characters at a time. </description>
