As you spend more time on Twitter, it becomes more of a challenge to manage you follow and your followers. Using Twitter.com, the process is time-consuming and far from user-friendly.
For anyone interested in a multi-feature management tool, refollow is definitely worth investigating. refollow is loaded with features – probably too many – that provide information on the people you follow and the people following you, including their bios, location, Web site and the last time they mentioned you.
refollow also provides a variety of filters to create lists (displayed by their photos) of people you’re following, followers, people who are not following you and people you’re not following. There are also filters that show people you follow who haven’t tweeted over a certain period of time.
After using the filters, refollow offers option to follow, unfollow, block, lock and unlock.
In a sense, refollow is a management tool with everything but the kitchen sink. It takes a while to get a handle on the features and the various options but it’s a useful tool, particularly for people who have a lot of followers.

Thanks Mark. I was not aware of ReFollow. I like your referral of it as a management tool. Power Users of Twitter need apps. that drive greater efficiency and force one to be more strategic as Twitter consumes hours in order to be an effective platform.
Thank you.
Lou
Very Nice tool… especially like the filter to see last time ppl tweeted.
