When it comes to Twitter applications for the iPhone, I have tried a bunch of them – Tweetdeck, Tweetie, Twitterrific, Twinkle and Twitterfon to name a few. Not surprisingly, I’m always on the look out for something new, different and shiny so when I heard about Twizzle, there was little doubt it had to be taken for a test run, especially since it’s free.
Much to my surprise, Twizzle dazzles. In fact, it’s such a nice, elegant application, it’s going to bump aside Twitterrific for my iPhone affections.
So, why the enthusiasm about Twizzle?
First, it handles multiple Twitter accounts, and setting them up is a breeze. I also like Twizzle’s clean look and feel and how easy it is to look at tweets, reply, retweet or send a DM. Twizzle also has the ability to upload photos using TwitPic, yFrog and Posterous.
Twizzle does have the bells and whistles of Tweetdeck but if you want a user-friendly iPhone application, Twizzle has an awful lot of appeal.
Twizzle was created by Sahil Lavingia, who sells another iPhone app called Color Stream.

If you’ve used Twizzle, what do you think? If not, what’s your favorite Twitter app for the iPhone?
