Within the social media landscape, a common refrain is that it’s all about the conversation. It’s an industry mantra is quickly nearing its expiry date.
That said, there is some merit to seeing particular conversations in action to get a better idea of what people are talking about and the context/perspective that being able to see a conversation provides.
For Twitter users, an interesting new service Bettween, which lets you find conversations between two users, and then display who said what.

Here’s an example of a conversation between Mathew Ingram (@mathewi) and Rob Hyndman (@rhh)
Bottom Line: For most conversations, Bettween may not be that interesting but when something controversial, colourful or entertaining happens between two people, Bettween is a solid way to quickly eavesdrop on the conversation.
An important marketing goal for Bettween will be highlighting the more interesting conversations happening within the Twittersphere to provide users with a reason to visit, as well as demonstrate why the service can be useful.
