Tickery is another interesting tool to discover new people to follow. It works by having you submit two Twitter users, and then displays the people in common who they follow.
By rolling over each avatar/photograph that’s display, you can see information about each person being followed, including their Twitter ID #, which I suspect shows when they signed up for Twitter. By signing in using your Twitter username/password information, you can quickly follow any of the people being displayed.
Tickery would be a lot more useful if it includes bio information about each person in addition to the number of friends, followers and total tweets.
