Twitter Winning War on Spam

According to Twitter, its war on spam is going in the right direction. After peaking in August 2009, Twitter now reports that spam accounts for just 1% of total tweets. I wonder you what Twitter’s success means for anti-spam services such as TwitSweeper, which is officially launching this week.
