The efforts to provide Twitter users with new and better ways to see the tweets of their friends is a never-ending battle with lots of companies working away at coming up with a better mousetrap.
In the different camp is Twitter100, which shows the tweets of 100 followers at the same time. Rather than being overwhelming, Twitter100 is actually pretty user-friendly. Each friend is divided into a separate box that shows their avatar and latest tweet, including any links that have been included.
The only downside is if you have more than 100 friends, it doesn’t seem possible to switch to the next 100. In an ideal world, there would be a “Next 100″ button to make it possible to quickly sift them hundreds of friends.
Bottom line: Useful, particularly if you have 100 friends or less

Haven't looked at this yet, but a couple of questions immediately come to mind: Is the 100 based on the 100 most prolific friends? Does that 100 change if you exit the program and then re-enter it (guess that will depend upon the algorithm that determines the 100 to begin with).
