To be honest, there’s not that many Twitter services that are immediately captivating. Tumbl.in, however, stands out from the crowd.
In simple terms, Tumbl.in is StumbleUpon for the links within your Twitter stream. Rather than scrolling through your Twitter stream to find interesting links, Tumbl.in taps into your Twitter account to let you “Tumbl” your links in much the same way as StumbleUpon.
To get going, you provide Tumbl with access to your Twitter account. There are three options for links that will be displayed – those in your live stream, those in your favorites, and those on your lists.
After that, Tumbl displays a strip at the top of your Web browser with a Tumbl button, a tweet, the identify of the Twitter user, and the link it includes. But it gets better – the Web site of the link is displayed as well. To see other links and Web sites, simply click on Tumblr.

Bottom Line: A different way to see the links within your Twitter stream. The only downside is there’s no control over the links and Web sites are displayed, which could make it unappealing for people who “cherry pick” their Twitter links.

I didn't know that you can access Twitter from your Tumblr account. It seems to be another good trick if you want to promote your website.
However, the links from Twitter website are nofollow. How to promote your site and to make it to rank well in Google, just from these nofollow links ?
