Cool Twitter Apps

It can be a challenge to find really good Twitter-related services so I’ve created this “directory” that will feature services I like. Feel free to send me suggestions. If this directory gains enough traction, it might evolve into something really cool.

1. Power Twitter, a Firefox plug-in that gives Twitter some additional bells and whistles. This includes search that works within your Twitter account rather than taking you to another Web site (search.twitter.com). You can also quickly look at all of the replies (aka @yourname) you’ve received, and check the Facebook status of people you follow.

2. Splitweet: Probably the best and easiest service to handle multiple Twitter accounts. Splitweet is pretty easy to configure, and features user-friend design that makes it a snap to access the different features.
